About Me

Now that I have shared my professional background, a bit about me personally.  I love to sing,, write, and am an avid lover of soul food.  My happy place is at the beach but I love to travel, in general.  

 I currently live in Raleigh, North Carolina with my husband Kevin.  I also have two daughters, Lauren and Meredit,h and a Malipoo named Frazier.

I began writing many years ago but was inspired to create this space to share my experiences and advice to help others build their professional brands and navigate their career journies.

My ultimate goal is to create a fantastic community where I can learn from and gain inspiration from others share to continue providing content relevant to professional development.
