Over the past few decades, I have had the opportunity to build a fantastic career in marketing and strategic planning, working with senior leaders and executives to develop and guide branding and business strategy. My past experience includes leading brand marketing teams, strategic consulting, education recruiting, and talent strategy for numerous Fortune 500 companies.  I have spent the past eight years leading DEI (Diversity, Equity & Inclusion) Talent Strategy for Cisco Systems, a Fortune 500 global technology company, and currently serve as Global Director of DEI Talent Strategy.

I created this website to share my experience, career stories, and insights to help others better navigate and build successful and fulfilling careers.
